Now how do you figure you get a portion of the isk someone used on the suit? Do they drop their wallet on their clone?
When you go into a battle, the contracting company is displayed, it's implied that they are paying you to win the battle. You get paid to your contribution on the battlefield, just killing people in proto suits do not win the battle. It's based on team support, calculated Via WP.
This should encourage you to not just slay, but to hack points and installations, guard points, supply and assist your team, and disrupt the enemy by destroying vehicles and other such things.

So, when someone attacks you, does not show up... and you and who ever else are in there wins getting a bunch of isk... where did it come from?

Suits, I believe is your word, not clones. The value of suits being your point, not the value of a clone. Had you said more clones killed I could agree, as a contract upon enemy heads would be more sensible of an argument to make.
Not to mention if your on a full team in a PC the general payout it always around 2mil. It's fairly consistent, I know that because I have been in a lot of PC's during my time paying dust, do you even PC?

Point still stands, more dead suits gives a higher payout, that pay should go to those who earned it.
They why do logi's generally get more pay, high WP with little to no kills?

That;s kind of my point, the whole premise is based on pay out for kills, it wouldn't make sense for anyone with a logistics role to get much money, though they usually make the most.
Since they get the most money and no kills, it wouldn't make sense to say you get paid more for killing a proto suit. Or at least enough for it to make a large enough difference to expect to kill 20 guys in proto and get a fat wad of cash.
Really if you "Get paid for what you kill", then there wouldn't be any point for me to do anything then just run around and get kills, it would render the having null cannons and an MCC pointless.
The only time what you say would, or should, apply would be in an Ambush match. Even then, it would basically make being a logi pointless as you would get paid scraps.
