Four lows provide plenty of room for Dampeners, KinCats, Codebreakers, Cardiacs, and whatever else one would fit on a Scout. It's range is a bit too low imo but it's far from a terrible suit as you're implying
As for being the worst Assault suit in history this is perfect and working as intended since the Amarr Scout is not an Assault. Though if you can't make it work, feel free to purchase a respec.

My biggest mistake is spreading my SP all across the board, having multiple different suits and roles. Now this wouldn't be bad for someone with 50+ mil SP but I have 37 mil and don't have a proto suit ;-;

U act like running around in a 300 ehp 150k isk scout suit is perfectly viable. By far the worst scout for killing and by far the worst scout out of all the scouts. Also by far the worst scout for assaulting. Anyway, no respecs, i'm not spending a dime on this game ever.

My amarr scout is deadly with the Viziam so I would be careful before saying crap. If you havent tried it then your comment is invaild.

The passives alone make it a pretty cool suit. It's a shame CCP got rid of Range Enhancers.
I have Amarr Scout to 3 and I'm digging it thus far. |

Works if you don't try to ninja scout or run in close like an assault. As a long to mid range support fire that can move up, back or elsewhere faster it is great.

After some thought, i believe it is a suit made for running in and placing uplinks. Uplinks fit better into amarr suits anyway. Remember, it is a SCOUT not an assault

That mini skirt will make you rage once I charge my Viziam and spam you with lasers that youll say Hacks and Scrambler is Op and ****.

The amarr scouts' bonus is useless since CCP has removed passive scans.
As far as the best slayer scout: Caldari by a long shot. 453 shield with a 3 seconds delay, 50 regen a second...not to mention that it gets a dampening bonus and i can stack reactives for 672 eHp at 6.5 reps/second with a profile of around 23.

Amarr weapons are all mid to long range. You should take this into consideration on your style with said suit. |

Confirming that's exactly what my Amarr Scout is 
It's almost a good suit, but needs some work to use effectively
My issues...
- Precision Bonus is not strong enough, and putting 2 Precision mods is suicide
- Range is abysmal (even with max skills and a complex mod = less than a logi)
- Speed and lowslots = to Matari Assault, leaving that as a better scout
- 4 lows mean little, when it NEEDS hp/damps/speed/rep/range to be effective
I have all four Scouts, and will likely keep the Amarr but *fingers crossed* it receives a well needed buff
- Better Scan Precision (if it is going to be a slow ass Scout Hunter, at least let it see them all)
- Better speed (should be a notch faster than Matari Assault, but slower than other scouts)
- Bonus switch from stamina buff to Biotics efficiency would be great

Explain to me what my scan radius is??? How am I suppose to scan anyone for my squad in i'm 60m away from enemy.
