U act like running around in a 300 ehp 150k isk scout suit is perfectly viable. By far the worst scout for killing and by far the worst scout out of all the scouts. Also by far the worst scout for assaulting. Anyway, no respecs, i'm not spending a dime on this game ever.

Explain to me what my scan radius is??? How am I suppose to scan anyone for my squad in i'm 60m away from enemy.

Well CCP can start by giving it the same bonus as the caldari scout on top of its current bonuses or increasing it's base range. Then they can go ahead and take away the penalty because for 4% speed penalty, we only get 40 armor.
A 4% speed penalty is what you get when you put a enhanced armor plate on but CCP never thinks about that stuff so we only get 40 extra armor. Not to mention we lost shield aswell.

It may be a scout but sadly a Assault suit is a better scout than this junk.

Why are you complaining if you dont plan on investing?
What do u mean "Don't plan on investing?"
No matter how much you invest in this junk, any other scout can do what this scout does and probably way better. Not to mention, every other scout is a much better slayer.
