Amarr logi is the second best logi in the game (below min and above gal), it can fit practically *everything* proto where other logi's have to make some sacrifices on things. Situationally it can be the best logi if your team has low logi counts. I would probably grade cal as having the 'worst' logi (it's still gimped from its fall from grace, though there are some interesting fits to be had).

Amarr assault is, in theory the strongest assault in the game. It can murder indiscriminately but suffers from being a little slow. Highest damage per magazine in the game with a laser rifle.

Amarr commando is... interesting, it struggles with its own racial weapons because of the heat reduction that the assault gets and even worse the amarr assaults capacity for 3 damage mods makes it superior in terms of damage. It can do some interesting 'standoff' things though with a laser & a swarm in a high spot. It's better than a caldari commando currently, but worse than a gallente or minmatar commando.

Amarr scout is probably still the worst scout. It's slow, its bonuses don't really 'work', it doesn't have the range to make its precision work, it's highly visible unless you fit for ewar (which causes it to give up the majority of its hp). Every other scout is still, unfortunately, better.

Amarr sentinel is outright the best sentinel in the game.

Did you forget about dispersion, which makes the Large Blaster miss the large barn door? In my experience I have yet to apply 2000 DPS to a target. While slow to anger and occasionally indecisive, they are also capable of harnessing enormous resolve when truly tested.

In terms of a racial guide I'd probably shy away from 'this is better than that race's version' and talk about how to use it most effectively. You're certainly mostly correct here, though.
