I have more than that on my Minmatar Assault and I use Ferroscale so I keep my mega strafe.

There is 180 Shield 1050 armor with Damage mods, An Officer SCR on an Amarr Assault...
Now which one would be better for a logi to rep?
The Minmatar Assault is fast... and has fast stamina regeneration... That is it... WHen placed toe to toe with the other Assaults it is lacking in almost every way.
It's a suit built for pubs. |

Hey thanks for sharing my vid !
Now at that moment I was before my respec so I had bad skills in CR and was not doing well with shooting. I also needed to get an armor stacked assault because I wasn't great with my aiming. Now you only see the armor stalked assault , wich bothers you . When the enemies were holding Bravo , all their team was there . We expected a scenario like this so me and the logi decided the best way to deal with that is slowly farming an OB and putting the pressure on him . Worked like a charm . Now you will never see me with that same fit . I didn't have damage mods at the time . I know do. I didn't have ss 3 at the time . Now I do . You Cal Assault hsa about the same as me if I remove the shields , and you have damage mods on .

if they get rid of the stacking of plates/extenders the ttk will drop to cod lvl or worse.
If they rebalance the hp they have to rebalance the guns.
However the mini assult is extremely good atm with the CR
I also c more and more Amar with scrambler rifle.
The game is going towards those 2 atm ( I belive )
still love the game, just hoping something else will fill the vacuum when it dies and transfers over the legion and pc.
I will sadly not follow it on its pc endeavour.

I saw someone in TOP use a fit like that in PC and I smoked him with a min assault that had barely 800 ehp and no damage mods, in a min assault with that many complex plates you just can't strafe.
And lol how do you go 13-5 w/ logis behind you and 1200 hp
If you want to know a scrubby armor tanked fit I use against heavy spam you can have it and it's far worse than that.

Not sure how Speed has anything to do with preferred tank, but they're the fastest because they have the lowest base HP. If you notice there's a direct correlation between Base Speed & Base HP in this game.

I didn't see him repping through any damage, only horrible aim. Right at the beginning he goes toe to toe with a heavy -- and takes cover lol. Almost any weapon can out dps a rep tool. I would love to see a video of someone being repped by 1 logi and take a full clip from any weapon and survive (standing still so every shot hit.) Until that happens stfu about out-repping dmg..
I only play dust514ums now. It was always more fun than the actual game anyways.

Again not looking at the entire picture..... What weapon is Ydubbs wielding? Is it Proto? Officer? Is he running damage mods?
This is a minmatar suit completely maxed out around health as far as fitting requirements will let happen... He could fit another extender slot wise but would never have the fitting reqs to do it. It's why hes running an advanced weapon.
At the same time as stacking speed reduction modules and giving up the natural advantage to minmatar to then act and perform like a lesser version of many other suits. Then we get to the fact that Minmatar carry the biggest hitboxes in the game.
If this was some giant point to be made.... It doesnt scan... stack up or is relevant in competitive play..
It works good for giving sweeping generalized statements that attract the attention of the ignorant. |

All combined with god-awful, stupid-ass, poorly designed strafing mechanics being abused by virtually everybody. Seriously, that "strafing" strategy used is the most heinous and appalling thing.
