So I just spent -ú40 (It was deducted and my wallet has 0.09p left) and I have the e-mail to prove that I purcahsed the item. And it gave me nothing? No apex, no LAV and no AUR? Anyone else getting this? Ticket has been opened but I really don't want to wait days again after spending so much money -.-

Relogging did not fix any issues.

Did you try logging out and back in again? Your redemption Q may just have taken a little bit of extra time to catch up.

Hmm, i'll try that, I did not know you needed to redeem the items as you did not with the others.
EDIT: Nothing and it won't be a short GM ticket. I have had tickets waiting for days before :(

I have not purchased that pack so I am not sure if it comes from the PSN store or is bought directly in game. Only items purchased from the PSN store directly require redeeming.
Don't rage in the ticket. Some things require different amounts of work than others and thus get higher or lower priority. Im sure this one will be resolved quickly since it is a simple check of the billing system and an update to your inventory, along with that AUR issues likely get moved to the top of the list.

I don't rage, I understand it's an issue and stuff but that does not remove the fact that I am frustrated. I have purchased all the packs in the past, "Merc,Vet,Elite" and never had to redeem those items. Only things I have had to "redeem" is the Collectors edition items, newsletter promotions and GM transferred items".

I heard of this issue as well. This sucks man. I saw GM Archduke posting 3 mins ago in the forums so I think he must be off shift so I may not even get a ticket response for days :(

Please submit a ticket for the PSN pack, the methana is a known issue and will get fixed. Everyone gets the Methana BPO, not BPC, in the pack.

Yeah I did do that :) I was just making this post to see if anyone else was having an issue :) Just hope I don't have to wait days for it though :( I want to blast some people with that Assault CR APEX suit :) That's the ONLY reason I bought this xDDD

As changes to APEX suits seem to be on the table, is it possible to get a HMG on the Atlas? I feel that such a weapon, the weapon of Federation allies, is much more fitting than the weapon of the enemy.

I am cool with only the Caldari suit having the forge.
I was debating to look into the Gal or Cald Sentinel APEX - this would make up my mind for me. However its a huge change, what about those who got the Gallente Sentinel for the forge gun?

About 20 years ago a call centre opened in my area of the city and I got a job there along with some friends from high school.
After working there for a few months, this friend of mine (who we all knew was not the hardest working guy to put it nicely) started winning weekly prizes and awards for most calls taken.
When I asked him how he did it, he admitted that he would basically take a call and then hangup right away, sometimes he would clear a queue that was 8 calls deep in under one minute.
Eventually he got canned for other reasons, but management never seemed to catch on to his trick and dude probably still holds the record for most calls taken in a day. |

I sent a ticket to you with my response from Sony. It's a reference number to prove that it was charged and billed and they eacalated the case but apparently it may not be fixed until after Christmas and they cannot refund it either so that's a real shame :( I would have just bought it again after Christmas.
