I have not purchased that pack so I am not sure if it comes from the PSN store or is bought directly in game. Only items purchased from the PSN store directly require redeeming.

Don't rage in the ticket. Some things require different amounts of work than others and thus get higher or lower priority. Im sure this one will be resolved quickly since it is a simple check of the billing system and an update to your inventory, along with that AUR issues likely get moved to the top of the list.

I don't rage, I understand it's an issue and stuff but that does not remove the fact that I am frustrated. I have purchased all the packs in the past, "Merc,Vet,Elite" and never had to redeem those items.
