Please submit a ticket for the PSN pack, the methana is a known issue and will get fixed. Everyone gets the Methana BPO, not BPC, in the pack.

Checked if there are any transactions "stuck", but nope. I'll poke around here to see if we can check up with SONY regarding missing transactions - you are not the only one unfortunately.

It's a reference number to prove that it was charged and billed and they eacalated the case but apparently it may not be fixed until after Christmas and they cannot refund it either so that's a real shame :( I would have just bought it again after Christmas.
Forwarded all relevant details to appropriate departments such as marketing/billing/Icelandic Dark Arts & Warlocks. Can't tell you when or what result might come out of this, but I will be working over Christmas, so I'll keep everyone updated if there's anything.
