I'm not military but I do work out. Not a body builder either lol. I just run for a few miles and lift some weights just enough to keep me from gaining 100+ pounds and getting fat from all the tacos.

Work out I do. I do 30-40 push ups 10 one on hand using only my fingers,you should do it with your palm first.After that 30-50 sit ups,followed a 2-3 minute rest and then I go for a run. Possible do some parkour. Push ups on palm,fingers,knuckles,even do handstand push ups to get the blood pumping.By the way I'm 15yrs,turing 16 in Feb and I do these.I'm petty awesome.So go for 10-15 minute run do 30 push ups and 40 sit ups. Any questions? |
