Completely unrelated to Dust lol I know, but I have a Lifeguarding test in 2 weeks, and wanted to know if anyone has any muscle-building exercises, since half of you are Freakin military. Thanks guys 07

Much appreciated guys! :) Yeah, I plan on swimming often as well leading up to it, but these exercises sound very good :) What are dead-lifts though?

Thanks guys 07 I was a lifeguard and dont worry about muscle, worry about cardio and endurance, cuz when they make you tread water for twenty minutes and and swim a length Carying someone on your hip, muscle wont help.
That seems very legitimate :) When I meant strength however, I mostly meant it for my legs because I have a very weak whip kick. I'll definitely take the Cardio in mind though :) As a lifeguard, what tips would you give to someone besides what you just said?
