What's the name of the 1.0 release tentatively going to be called?
Uprising is full of bitter rage and pissy humor.
Feb release tentative, I'm guessing the name will be Insurrection.
and what does marketplace UX mean?
I get marketplace... but what's the UX?

To be honest I don't think it's going to be called Legion. Nevertheless the rebrand away from Uprising is something that is significant and should be noticed.

No not in denial and it sure doesn't look like CCP is planning to kill Dust anytime soon, yes Legion is the future but this roadmap is specifically for Dust 514.
Should Legion be on the ps4?

They put "1.0" on the Road Map and suddenly everyone thinks we will have Legion in February.

A new release would indeed reset back to 1.0, even if it's just a new expansion/release of DUST.
This is how EVE expansion versions work as well. EVE is currently on Phoebe 1.6. The sixth patch to the Phoebe release. When Rhea comes out, it will be Rhea 1.0.

Well in EVE a Clone Vat is a module you can put on very large ships which basically allows EVE Pilots to respawn at that ship. We already have that in Dust with the Mobile CRU, so Im guessing the Clone Vat is something else altogether. Perhaps Character creation/customization?

My guess is that we're going to be moving from a "having clones on districts" model to a "having clones in general" model, where clones are things districts generate but aren't necessarily stored on a certain district. I don't know though. It's listed under PC so it's probably something along those lines.

They are indeed not mutually exclusive. But one appears to have a lot of development planned for it in the next 4 months and the other has no word about it whatsoever for at least another 8 months. The two are independent statements with independent evidence.

It replaced Dust at FanFest last year. If there's no longer any reason to be looking for it, its status has changed since then.
But that's obvious.

How do you even do damage control on a DevBlog? That **** is like gaff-proof. You literally have to feed those things to marketing then reach into their ass, shoulder deep, to dig it out for public consumption. Gent's what this really means is CCP obviously pushed some resources back into this little cash cow that I affectionately look at as a Live Free to Play Beta for Legion.
They were working in the Dark for years before releasing Dust 514, now they have a hardcore fps fanbase to test out stuff.
The key is compartmentalize, focus on back end UI and features that enhance gameplay with out overworking the Ps3's limited resources.
Such as the missions, or anything in your quarters...
However, seeing NEW MAPS listed there shows they got a folder full of unfinished crap that they can spend a few months on (March) and release them...
