Sunday night and over 20 minutes to get into FW
if the player numbers aren't there just merge down from the 4 to 2 races v 2 races and give out LP to which ever channel you went through.

Hey if eve players actually needed DUST players to flip systems maybe there would be more matches up.. but since they don't actually need them.. meh.
Or maybe if a gang of Dust mercs could decide to go attack somewhere themselves instead of only system spawned matches.
Anyone getting annoyed by reading of the above post should consider the following.
I don't care so neither should you :)

Nor do I look like either Gallente or Caldari, but I still hop into their FW to get some things that I want/need. The only reason I don't fight for Amarr is because I don't care to buy anything their selling.
I understand though, you are a loyalist to your empire. But isn't your empire allied with the Caldari State?
I suppose they might be able to do an optional little check box for this. If you only want to fight for the faction that you choose, you can choose to do so.

Try squadding up or q-syncing. It reduces the wait time significantly.

yeah right..... Its not about being 'upset', what are we 7?
Game mode is broken cause people cant play it.
Playerbase for Dust in general is too low (hence why MU is messed up, and you fight the same people over and over again). Low population makes it is even worse in FW.
An easy fix to stop the stupid wait times is to merge channels. Sides are allied anyway.
People need to start accepting that in certain situations Gameplay over lore matters.
CCP accept this. On the most sacred things: they 360 on respecs, and have said they are looking at allowing players to change their race.

It's a problem endemic to multiplayer games.
The side that wins gets the lion's share of the playerbase.
The more lopsided the queue, the longer the wait times.
Merging amarr with caldari and gallente with minmatar will absolutely not solve the problem.
It will stay exactly the way it is now due to propotional imbalance.
Plus everyone hates caldari and amarr oocly except rpers and goons. But if everyone hated gallente and minmatar we'd play them instead. Guaranteed short wait times.
EVE Online is what you get when engineers attempt to create "fun" without consulting someone who comprehends the word.
