But in the near future I could promise that my people's production of weapons and other supplies needed for war is unmatched by any of the other nations... Besides the barbarians. I, with peace, would offer my people's services in exchange for something we may discuss later. But I am afraid as well that to offer this now would only draw you into this war, as you said, which I wish not. But maybe one day peace will be restored.

"It is not a matter of the training sir. I require no men. Merely rifle and cannon in bulk.....and if perhaps you cannot spare any then I must look elsewhere. My people cannot continue to sit back and meekly accept the edicts of other nations."
