Also yes, there was a match in FW where my buddy and another min were going to knife duel and I was watching from the second tier platform... this amarr assault comes up next to me and begins firing at the red-dot as they're both dueling. I start punching him in the side of the head to get him to stop, he does... and watches too. My buddy lost the duel but we killed the winner anyway. Good times. "Live by honor, kill by stealth." It can dampen just as well as every other scout (i.e. Get under even bonused Duvoll Focused scans). Precision is worthless on everything but Amarr and it has plenty of lows to focus on range of that's what you're after. There may be a valid argument for more fitting room (I personally haven't tried fitting one), but people complaining that they can't have damps+KinCats+whatever, to me, seem just to want to fit everything no problem instead of give-and-take. I'll admit that it's probably the most underpowered scout though. I'm almost tempted to skill into it just to see. Dust is there! I was real! Dear diary, Rattati senpai noticed me today~

Well, the Gal Scout can achieve similar speeds, whilst having similar EHP, and having a lower profile. And the extra damage from the Min Scout isn't that useful really - you could just do a follow-up slash with any other scout before the red even realises. I'm not sure what you were doing for those five months but surely you should have maxed out your EWAR by then. EWAR is what truly makes you a bad ass scout. If you don't have dampening I bet you don't have the precision or range maxed either. Get those skills maxed, get your complex kin cats and then run with the Minja. It's like a whole new world. EDIT: My Rankings 1. Cal Sout 2. Gal Scout 3. Min Scout 4. Am Scout I've had all four of them proto'd at one time or another so this comes from experience. If you're not wearing proto, you're doing it wrong.

Especially since scouts can avoid it anyways and active scanners are way better than passive. Minmitar has a unique bonus, but it's pretty squishy. It's also fast, which is a plus, but it's hard to fit. It was hard to slay in a min scout, but goddamnit it was satisfying. Only loyal to the republic.
