I think using a CR and NK's works best. If you're going for stealth though, and you die every single time you get caught, then you don't need the HP. I just speed tank it.

Active Scanner
1x Complex Shield Extender
2x Enhanced Shield Extenders
2x Complex Kincats
1x Enhanced PG Upgrade
Sprints at around 10.40 m/s and has almost 400 EHP 
But if you get scanned, you're dead.
