It's got 198 shields, base armor. That's basically the equivalent of 1 complex shield.

1 Codebreaker and Kincat. You're pretty fast at 8.7 ish, and the codebreaker helps you hack faster.

The weapons is where it shines.

Basic Cloak. Good for quickly sneaking in, decloaking and going to town.

Granted, I've run Minmatar Scout for a LONG time, so results may vary.

But so far, I've played 4 matches.

3 of which I pulled a 5 k/d with over 20 kills. Remember, it's not the suit, it's the player. A good player can still stomp with basic or Adv gear.
