It's got 198 shields, base armor. That's basically the equivalent of 1 complex shield.

1 Precision enhancer, helps a bit.

1 Dampener. Nobody runs precision for some reason, I still haven't been scanned yet. Idiots.

1 Codebreaker and Kincat. You're pretty fast at 8.7 ish, and the codebreaker helps you hack faster.

The weapons is where it shines.

Basic CR and Nova Knives. Basic RE. You will get tons of kills with these if you have the skills up.

Basic Cloak. Good for quickly sneaking in, decloaking and going to town.

Granted, I've run Minmatar Scout for a LONG time, so results may vary.

But so far, I've played 4 matches.

3 of which I pulled a 5 k/d with over 20 kills. Remember, it's not the suit, it's the player. A good player can still stomp with basic or Adv gear.
