The rail rifle... Oh, that's that weapon that vaporizes 700 hp's in 0.90 seconds. Yea, that definitely needs a buff. It should be stronger than the round of a thale.

but it is a caldari rifle and so should ideally be used in conjuction with the caldari assault, in teh same way teh amarr assault gets teh heat buildup reduction to lasers. the rifle is still usefull in its current form, albeit not as much as it used to be, but having the assault bonus changed would encourage more racial pairing as it does in EVE. sure you can put railguns on a rupture but you get more of a bonus by puttign them on a Moa and just as you can use a laser on another suit, it'll never be as effective as it is on the 'correct' suit DUST is the same, sure we can put any wepaon on equivalent suits but there should be a reason to use your racial weapon on your racial suit to have it excel. as things are the caldari assault and commando are too similar at least witht he assault suit bonus changed it would allow the assault suit to have the role its kinda designed for and leave the commando as the mid range 'do what it can' and use the assault variants
