I read what he said, and the basis of what he is saying is this: "The gear doesn't really matter, what matters is the people playing. Get more squads running together in FW" Which is actually great advice, if not easy to achieve. I just started a Min FW channel, and it takes a core group of players bringing in everyone they can and leading squads and making sure that nobody gets left out. Sure enough, after a few days, the whole joint is hopping and I no longer have trouble getting squads. I know that it will be much harder due the huge lack of support that Cal FW has, but don't give up.
