P.S I do fight with Gallente when I NEED to, but only then and I seem to have to put about 0 effort in for the win, plus I see quite a bit of Gal APEXs (I'm not complaining because I love to know that I will get to face them later)
I'll be creating a channel for Caldari FW soon (1 more isn't going to hurt is it?) Mail me for the Password and I'll reply when I can.

Ah Okay. I'm pretty good at being a squad leader (Despite not having a mic, I still manage to place orders which I believe will help . as in destroy said HAV or capture certain objective or kill certain red)

And Mina, yeah, if we aren't coordinated, we will get **** on because we get new berry militia on our side. You know what the remedy is? Organize them under our banner, along with other great players in our coalition, and guess what? WE CARRY THEM TO VICTORY.

I hate some Gallente, but normally they get a 'GG' from me at the end (#1 + anyone I know)
I admit I fight for all factions (regrettably) and I am a loyalist (That is still forced to do stuff at times...) which is why I but heads with people sometimes (Ever since IGS...)
Great idea about the newberries being under our banner (And hopefully being trained by someone with high standards like me  ) See you on the field guys! o7

It's also very similar to herding kittens to get newberries 'organized', I mean in the vast majority of matches I played today outside of kirjuun heiian squads today there was anywhere between 8 to 14 unsquadded people on cal side. It would certainly help a bit if there was more than just three or four people trying to rally the caldari, especially when so many matches are incredibly uphill battles. I honestly look forward to scout and sentinel balance changes

I really don't see any organization outside of Kirjuun, Z Platoon, or Akira FW channels. I can't even start a squad for Caldari factional in my own corp because of the whole stigma of "Caldari is for scrubs" or "we are gonna get redlined".
I'll see what I am able to do. It takes a stunning and consistent series of victories before anyone takes Cal FW seriously. Then, people bandwagon. It's safe to say that many competitive corps have no loyalty but to the faction steamrolling ATM. Only a few individuals are actually loyalists. Who knows? We can rise, like the Amarr did.
I just read that the Caldari proved 'it's undeniable superiority over the Gallente Federation' and ' they've claimed their rightful place as the dominant power in this part of the cluster'
