Yes, and no. Believe it or not, different people may see different things, like if you're colorblind or something.
Or if they're standing still, or running.
But yeah... I can see most quite easily as well. |

I've not seen invisible scouts that I knew were there. Only in dust does this make sense, and it shouldnt.
Incredibly unreliable and variable graphical effect which, when combined with dampeners, renders an enemy at best stupendously hard to track visually and at worst completely invisible and uncounterable. How much do I have to ***** about this before its fixed, or at least until people start admitting that its ridiculously overpowered? |

I am a color blind gamer. Red/Green, and its pretty bad. The last time I took the test (colored dots in a circle spelling out a number), I got 2 out of 10 correct. This was much better than the previous time I took the test and got 1/10 (that is a 100% increase!).
That being said, I have no issues seeing the cloak.
Whatever issues there are with various TVs etc, I can verify that at even some color blind gamers can see the cloak. (Color blindness is not all the same, so perhaps certain people with a different kind may have issues).
1.9 Where cloaked scouts give way to tanked scouts. Problem solved?

Especially now that the user wearing that cloak is effectively blind as well.
I mean, how OP is that when they get to use their eyes to find people instead of the tacnet and can run right in front of a heavy behind cover without realizing they are even there! AND THEY HAVE 300 HP!!! They should have 0! They are scouts, not tanks!
They must be nerfed, the madness must stop!

Look for bluriness and distortion. The spot will kind of look like pavement on a hot summers day, while the rest of the area around it does not have the wavy look.
Also remember that if you are carrying a weapon your crosshairs will turn red, so use that when in doubt as well.

I have a few mild issues with the blue spectrum and seeing cloaks can be hell, they can occasionally be running directly in front of me and I won't notice them until they decloak right in front of me or someone else shoots them making their shields flash.

never found scouts hard to see - and given my death rate while scouting I don't think anyone else has much of a problem either. scouts are a fun role to play and while I won't go into how OP they were in the past, I definitely do not agree that they are OP now. I think they're about right. If they were OP I would play with them all the time because I ain't that great. Usually I run scouts to kick a game off then switch to assault after one or two deaths. I only go scout permanently if we're getting stomped then I stay well out of the way hacking stuff.
