The scouts are too easy to see while cloaked...

Then there are others where they are invsible to me.
Bright mood setting: cloak friendly Dark mood setting: cloak unfriendly People see me in bright areas as I am cloaked like I am not, same the other way around

Incredibly unreliable and variable graphical effect which, when combined with dampeners, renders an enemy at best stupendously hard to track visually and at worst completely invisible and uncounterable. How much do I have to ***** about this before its fixed, or at least until people start admitting that its ridiculously overpowered? It's not Overpowered, it's the exact opposite really.

Yet the last time a cloaked scout got the drop on me was last month, first game back, and before you find me complaining about scouts let me point out that I have not complained about the cloak till now, it is too easy to see and sadly is not anyway of a challenge anymore...

The spot will kind of look like pavement on a hot summers day, while the rest of the area around it does not have the wavy look. Also remember that if you are carrying a weapon your crosshairs will turn red, so use that when in doubt as well. If you think you see something move, but you're not sure then just fire a few shots to see to said movement was real or not, also if you hear a shotgun behind you, Run like hell, turn and burn that piece of filth that has dared to be an enemy

Incorrect. The only times you can see a scout truly is with a weapon that has very high magnification scope(with them not near the end of the gun's effective range, basically touching the scope), at very very close ranges, or if a rendering issue happens that makes their shimmer more obvious. So far I have been able to see them with most any weapon (Exception is the Plasma cannon as I don't use them) Closest kill was around 14m, farthest was 63m I haven't noticed any rendering problems
