My main is rank 12, going on 13... want to guess why??

It's a sum, so 25 bucks, then additional 50, then additional 75, then additional cash for each level. add all that together, it gets pricy.

Nope, development seems to be in hibernation, if not completely stopped, since the new addition to the (CCP-) board of directors came on board...
Since then, we havn't heard of Rattati at all, except for the fact that he is a decent slaver, but not what his slaves are working on...
My guess is that the combined CCP Shanghai slaveforce is working on VR stuff like EVE Gunjack.
