Welp. You bastards have finally gone and shaken my worldview.
There is not a single thing in the patch notes I can mock, call dumb or generally get pissed off about. No hotfixes don't count those were awesome.
My compliments to the chef team this time. If you keep this up someone might actually start feeling hope again.

sabre prime wrote:Some stunning changes in this update. But are you guys sure about the 750,000 SP per week? That sounds insane on the face of it. Players are going to be skilling up fast.
Makes me feel as though CCP just said "**** it" because either Dust is on limited time (compared to before) or because lots of SP won't transfer to legion. Or both.
On a side note, I really have to fix my PS3 or buy a new one. Anyone not capping now, is missing out big time. Passive SP just got protostomped.
I think they are correctly gauging the average attention span of a given FPS gamer and the rabid hatred for grindy sh*t that is growing like a garden of kudzu in the gamer community.
DUST is in no danger of running out of skills, especially if they intendd to introduce new stuff into the mix.

The sniper rifle bullet trail will hang in the air for a longer amount of time, before fading away. So that you can gauge the direction the bullet was fired from. So that you can track down that sniper that just headshotted you. Simple, and not as immersion breaking as a red dot on your overview map or kill cam, now you should be able to find your murderer a little easier. This is not very cool for snipers, they are already kinda forced to a static gameplay, targets should improve their eyes and read the distance when they get killed if they want revenge, there are not many sniper nests after all. This shot contrail has always been a thing. it hasn't been showing up lately which is not cool
