Updated to maintain current EWAR interplay. The main problem of AS is recharge time. Permascan > 5 seconds visibility and 45 seconds recharge. Also WP reward isn't good due to the lack of scans, it was a good reward when scanner had no recharge, now it should give nearly 3x WP than before. Agree on the rest.

Make equipment deployed by squad members green - On the cortex, mini-map, and overview map, the icon for all equipment set by squad members should be green instead of blue.
Show commas when displaying amount of ISK to be transfered - Displaying a comma in the ISK transfer window would be great. It'll make determing how much ISK is displayed easier when transferring ISK.
Proximity mines need a buff.
And as Boot Booter said, scout base regen capabilities should be reduced. Amarr scout shield regen > Caldari Assault shield regen is a problem.

Basic medium frames should have: -1 High/Low slot in exchange for +1 equipment slot, which makes them generalist between assaults & logistics.
For basic heavy frames: (Just an example) -1 High/Low slot and maybe also -1 grenade slot in exchange for +1 equipment slot, which makes them generalist between sentinels & commandos.
[Request] Basic frame bonuses that effect specializations - Make skilling into basic frames to lv5 worth it.

Well, its a thread for Hotfix Echo ideas, my original idea was a very balanced eq parity idea but considering the immense misrepresentation of any idea that buffs another frame into light stat competition as an overwhelmingly insurmountable nerf for scouts there's no option left for non-light frames looking for balance except to take the tack of Nerf scouts. On all stats. At all levels. No arguement. Just that very simple idea that CCP has proven its ability to follow through with undoubtedly.

Nothing alt about me. Main and Original. I'd rewrite as, "Main, Original and Only" except I do technically have an alt I created back in 1.w/e to check out the then newly-created Academy and see what the NPE amounted to and haven't deleted it. It collects dust in my opening login screen.
scout imbalancing vs. the rest of the field comes not from any one individual characteristic but rather from the extremely potent combination of being Faster (sprinting and regular movement), Lower profile (so undetectable on tacnet in almost every circumstance), Significantly better regen rates and delays, capable of HP tanking, wielding two weapon types AND two equipment types. Most of these stats also are so excessive relative to all other classes/frames that even if a scout were to stack in one particular direction (say HP) the negative effect of the stacking (in our example, a loss of speed) while apparant, is still negligible compared to the rest of the field (ie its slow for a scout now but still as fast as an Assault while still having all the rest of the benefits available to it).
Nerf scouts. Twice. Then again, just to be sure.
PS when you're ready to quit alting around and take responsibility for your behaviour I'll find you a seat here with me on the SS Maturity.
