Balance 60mm vs 120mm armor plate penalties, so they make sense. For example, a complex 60mm plate has the same speed penalty as a complex 120mm plate; 60mm plates should be lighter than 120mm plates.

Make equipment deployed by squad members green - On the cortex, mini-map, and overview map, the icon for all equipment set by squad members should be green instead of blue.
Show commas when displaying amount of ISK to be transfered - Displaying a comma in the ISK transfer window would be great. It'll make determing how much ISK is displayed easier when transferring ISK.
Proximity mines need a buff.
And as Boot Booter said, scout base regen capabilities should be reduced. Amarr scout shield regen > Caldari Assault shield regen is a problem.

gustavo acosta wrote:Fix the basic suits to give them purpose other than just being obstacles to spec into a better suit... [Basic frame problem] 36 STD-PRO basic frames that are completely useless because there is no reason to use a basic frame after unlocking specialization.
Also you can test out the assault role with a basic medium, or a sentinel role with a basic heavy, etc, but you can't test a commando or logi role with their parent basic frame.
[What basic frames should be like] And ideas from these old threads: UPRISING: Specializations are redundant - make them differ more from basic frames [Feedbk/Req] (Spreadsheet inside) medium suit slot changes [Feedback/Request] Basic frames & specializations: differentation & cost & How to balance basic frames...
Basic frames should be very generalized and versatile in slot layouts compared to their specialist counterparts, like a middle ground between the specializations of the suits of that frame size, instead of just being basic frames with bonuses slapped on with some few minor changes (current assaults, sentinels, scouts). That would also give players the ability to test-drive roles before specializing.
Basic medium frames should have: -1 High/Low slot in exchange for +1 equipment slot, which makes them generalist between assaults & logistics.
For basic heavy frames: (Just an example) -1 High/Low slot and maybe also -1 grenade slot in exchange for +1 equipment slot, which makes them generalist between sentinels & commandos.
[Request] Basic frame bonuses that effect specializations - Make skilling into basic frames to lv5 worth it.

Cloak is supposed to help the scout do his job. Cloak is not the scout's job. Opposed. Re-read, comprehension>donuts required. The word "Cloak" does not appear, suggestion is NOT removal of cloak. You're demanding that the scout choose between his squad function and cloak. Nope. Nerf scouts on all stats, at all levels. Too much arguing, this isn't the thread for that
