My toon either needs to be amarr to fit lore or another name because people think I am racist lol; this toon was amarr, but I rerolled right before mmc and picked the wrong race. I get kicked out of almost every party when a black person enters which is silly everyone knows the **** party were antisemites. I mean they jailed criminals, but was it their fault that particular person or persons happened to be criminals? Dam kids and their white guilt. In EVE Online and DUST 514, player interaction is highly important, and so is player vs player conflict, even outside of battles. This is a game where you can sweet-talk your way into the most powerful Corporations and steal all their ISK for example. They can of course find out it was you if they're good/organized enough - but if you could change your character name, they would lose all trace of you, eliminating the conflict... And then add a feature in the client to be able to trace a player's name history, and where searches for the old name will still pull up the same player despite the name change. I know tons of players who hate their names, and would likely pay good money to fix 'em. EVE is getting an avatar remodel option, why not add names/races? (Okay, gameplay and lore issues, but still, I think there are workarounds.)

Try the new Planetary Conquest Mode!

But let's be honest, CCP has already stated that Dust-Eve integration and further in depth development isn't the plan. I have been operating under the impression that so long as the return on continuing investment (Shanghai studio and operating expenses) stays relatively proportioned to income (arum) that dust could serve as a development test ground for Legion and other such endeavors. Try novel micro transaction experiments. Ccp needs to better develop this stream. You're not going to allow us to trade or deeply interact with your precious capsuleers beyond local chat. We are the fish in the tank. So, before you flush us for good at least push the envelope and see what we all can do. ...
