On a more serious note, there needs to be a little less dodgability and more threat.
Eating a nade to deny an enemy a kill in a vidya game means someone takes it way too seriously. |

I still see a potential for grenade spams when dugged into an area with a supply depot...although this can still happen.
I think all mediums could use the extra grenade count. Grenades eat up nanites from a hive so you can't just at a moments notice have a frag fest unless there are a lot of hives.
Logistics carries lots of equipment around so why wouldn't it have more capacity for grenades for supporting other players? The assault suit could also benefit as it should be on the front-lines so more grenades to flush people out of cover. All other suits being geared towards other roles still have grenades but just not the focus on capacity.
Heavies carry a big gun they have some grenades but more focus on the gun and the burden of carrying it. Scouts have very limited room and meant to be light thus carry only the essentials on its suit, heck it should only get 1 grenade.
Also contact grenades suck.. I think they could use more splash radius but in turn the damage is not much better than sleek locus nades. A normal nade can be cooked to surprise. Contact grenades could be used to kill that last bit of health to a suit running away or trying to hide. However, you only carry 2 and as i said the damage even at proto could be no more than 200-300 @ most.
STD contact locus grenade 100hp @ 6m ADV contact locus grenade 150hp @ 6.5m Proto contact locus grenade 200hp @ 7m
Remember these detonate on impact so very quick and sudden but not a whole lot of damage Coming around a corner a cooked nade could be thrown and still kill the other guy while the contact nade user could have a more on the fly reaction but it won't be enough to kill many suits. Even if spammed the damage could be minimal. Not that i think about it this could be a good counter to scouts.........AHAHAHAHA
TLDR; 1) Assault and Logistics get +1 grenade capacity for its role as slayer and/or support. 2) Contact grenades should be used to do panic damage but not a whole lot.(panic situation or finisher)

I like the idea of having more grenades. Logis should not get an extra however, as they should be focused on reaping and supplying ammo to their Assaults with more grenades :) A Logi carrying 4 Nanohives (Ishukone Gauged) would be a war-engine...-Actually I'm all for it

They might've been useful in countering the scout swarm of last spring-summer, but having only one was too big of a disincentive for most.
I do understand where your coming from (a lower cost variant would make it at least useable if not viable) But for a proto nade, the Contact does very little dmg, even less when you consider the Sentinel splash res.
Like Breakin has said, every suit has got a 'buff' (except the Logi's as their tearbucket is half empty) While the nades have received nerfs, making them less effective and the Contact is only used when Mercs feel like trolling the enemy team in pubs, as there is no reason to use it over a cooked basic nade

I disagree, Logis need access to any tool possible to further their support abilities. If you have a hard time as a logistics being responsible for nade resupply don't use or carry them and use more/better hives. But don't f it up for the rest of us, please.

Sorry, not out to be a jerk. I too find myself out of resupplies sometimes (my reward for not protoing pubs) and have found the Supply Depot to be my best friend in those circumstances.
