Without your drop uplinks, your team take a big advantage at the mcc, and it was sensibly equal for the clones.
during the fight, your uplinks engage your team to respawn a lot in the city and nobody put other drop uplinks on the ground, and you lose for the clones with a big mcc advantage.
The only objectives hacked after the ennemy holded the city were the outside ones, so all actions in the city just costs clones with no results.
So yes, they could win without you... sorry...
The best you could do in this situation is stopping the loss of clones by taking back your first fit and return to the outside and spam drops around the 2 objectives.
Your firsts drop uplinks disappears in the city and you engage the team to take the outside objectives. No more clone lost, and a possibility to take back these 2 ones.
Sounds fair enough. My only thing is that if every clone that spawned on my links had to use one farther away then say add 10-15 seconds to each trip to an OBJ that amount of time would amount to them holding the points longer meaning the match ends much sooner making it less likely to get there MCC down as close as it was.
but hey thanks for your look into it. I must say that i had made several attempts at making this video before posting this on and I can assure everybody that it is NOT as easy as it looks o7 thanks

I don't like uplinks always spawning inside buildings or in a impossible place to get out. Sometimes half of the team is stuck somewhere.

Hubert is pretty spot on.
I think you're actually asking the wrong question to an extent, at least the way you asked it the first time. Would the team do worse if you didn't put down some uplinks? Hard to say, as well all know it often really doesn't matter what you do in Dust, you are simply doomed to lose.
A better question is would the team have done better if you weren't "uplinking" (which I take to be your term for flying around doing nothing else but spamming uplinks). Taking your earlier statement about having way more SP than another poster, I have to assume you are at minimum a decent and experienced player. In which case I'd answer yes, usually it probably would be better for the team if one of the better and more experienced players actually hacked something besides a redline supply depot.
Either way, since you got cloned out, your teammates were obviously getting slaughtered, which is not an uncommon thing to happen when you herd blueberies like that, especially on that map where you cannot shoot into the city very effectively from most of the places your uplinks went. On the central building in particular the strategy of controlling that rooftop alone and dropping down tends to result in exactly that, a lot of deaths as individual players drop down and get shredded by all the people waiting for them in the corridors below.
That's the problem with your argument about "getting in quicker" dropping into the middle of the city might be quicker, but not in a good way. People spawning elsewhere have a chance to get organized or at least grouped up.

CCP fix that fact that the cheaters can "bury" the uplinks to become in destructible. I am sick of these cheater and the bullshit they are allowed to get away with. |

You could hack the outer objectives and choose the fastest drop uplink for the city, all the slow drops at a good distance just to have safe spawn if the fastest are corrupted.
One little hack and you won.... Very Legit Point. (i was using the fastest links in the city and actually i have an 8 minuite tutorial on how to fit those suits coming today) I spent alot of time editing this video(at lest more than usual with the tunes and the high speed) and during that time i though alot about the pros and cons of my role on the team. -if i were on the ground instead of in the air we would have been cloned alot faster and the last couple ticks wouldn't have mattered -without the uplinks everywhere i feel that this match wouldnt have even been close as i was responsible for almost 100 clones spawning near/onto of points - looking back at the lack of AV the other team had I could have done this with a python adding a couple kills and such however the presence of the python would have brought out AV ruining my plan Here is a question for you as You seem like a logical person. Do you think that without those links we would have done better or worse as a team?
I am not sure you played optimally but you surely didn't hurt the team effort by placing your uplinks like you did. Your team was winning, they just got cloned out and that wasn't because you were placing uplinks in good spots. If you don't go pew pew though some people think you are doing something wrong.
Because, that's why.
