Pretty simple question. Please no gigantic lists of items...if you want to state one from each faction that would be okay though, but try to keep your replies simple.
It can be a group of items, a very specific item, or even a variant of an existing item.
The biggest thing for me would be Sentinels/Commandos. Amarr is currently the only faction with them and I have high standings for Minmatar.
What item would you like to see on the LP market that would encourage you to play FW rather than public matches?

Honestly there's very little Gallente gear that interests me, so there isn't much. Probably variants on things that you wouldn't be able to get elsewhere, like an assault plasma cannon or something unique like that.
I rarely use ARs and the scanners aren't great, so the unique aspects of the Gal store for me atm aren't really worth it.
The Min store has some cool rep tools and the Amarr store has specialist SCRs, so I like getting those.
You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake.

The rest of the suits: AM/CA Scout, CA/GA/MN Sentinel and Commando
And Fed Madrugar & State Gunnlogi not being fitted with small turrets.

Not having racial parity means it's entirely based on gear preference.
If we had racial parity, mercs would choose more based on RP and loyalty rather than access to specific gear.

One of the suggestions i put fourth while on CPM is an "Marine" Item/weapon tier. Better than proto but worse than officer.

Basically something like more ammo in the clip or something, but the same damage as proto.

It's not some result of American parenting, it's game design 101. Risk vs Reward.
There's more risk of losing your suit to friendly fire or going against a stacked team, and up until recently, you were rewarded a pitiful amount of LP for doing so. But even now with increased payouts, people who play lets say for Gallente as a heavy have nothing to spend it on, there is literally no reason for that person to play. The same for any other person who doesn't have their suit or weapon available.
And it's a game, a majority of what makes gamers play games is playing it for the incentives. What if they took away the aspect of Bowser and rescuing Princess Peach from the Mario Bros games? You wouldn't say, "Funny how you need incentives to play this game, you should just play it because it's fun." Nintendo would have dropped the IP from lack of sales faster than the Virtual Boy.
