Komodo Martins is a hacking cheater as well as anyone in Kinda new here.
Both of the listed where fired upon and took 0 damage. thats right zero damage with a 175% head shot

Unless you come up with evidence for more than one incident, nobody will listen.
Hit detection has always been buggy as hell.

Get a friend who can record them, ask for a poster who has a recording device to squad up with you and go prove it, otherwise, you'll just have to accept that in a match someone cheated and got away with it.
Which, in a client side game, just sounds more like bad hit detection, which is consistent.

Carbon 7 is another set of cheaters I watched as my teammate couldn't damage any of them, so not hit detect issues, separate builds, different weapons.
Clone tester was the main one as well as Stine Control |

It's a common problem.
Bad server system combined with 80% of the players having third world internet makes for some horrendous lag/hit detection issues for everyone.
I don't know anything about the first corp you mentioned, but Carbon 7 is legit.
I don't always blap Infantry with a Forge Gun, but when I do, that ** is hilarious.

It's just a glitch or something (might be related to today's *ddos attack).
Earlier, before the server went down, I unloaded a full clip on somebody and they didn't take a single point of damage (and I was at 20 meters with a rail rifle. I was killed.
Spawned back at the same place, and just aimed wildly (since he was a lot farther than 20 meters). I know most of my shots missed, but he died super fast.
I'm like 99 % sure he wasn't hacking.

I've played this game since it started, and never once have I ever encountered someone hacking and not taking damage. I have encountered aim bots, but never someone hacking and breaking damage detection.
I have, however, encountered bugged hit detection as well as network lag that has resulted in me not damaging anyone.
And yes, it seems like you are taking damage but they're not, but I assure you, that it's probably the game and not the player.

Same thing happened earlier to me.. but the guy wasn't moving either. Then finally we all synced up and then he started taking damage. This was after a full mag got pumped into him. I suspect he was lagged out because when he came to he moved as a disoriented person would.

Yeah, OP needs to be way more specific regarding the circumstances. I've had the exact same issues -- emptied a full clip into a merc that took no damage, but there were clear server issues at the time.

I've played with Stein.
If he was cheating, he'd do a LOT better.
Considering the fact that you seem to be having trouble typing in English, might I suggest that you set your server to a better location?

You have encountered THE HEAD GLITCH
It's not cheating, it's just crappy Hit Detection Mechanics and rendering issues. There are certain spots on the map where you can see the target, but can't actually hit them. Chances are, your bullet was going through an invisible hill that hadn't rendered. It's aggravating, but it also gives them a VERY limited field to fire from. And they also can't hit you half the time.

Lagwitch is only good for you if you're the host, if not it becomes detrimental.
You are never the host on Dust as it's played on a server.
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CHEAT ON DUST, OR AT BEST CHEAT FOR A FEW DAYS THEN GET A PERMA BAN FOR HACKING INTO THEIR SERVER.

There is a weird glitch that happens when you fire into a group of people.
Sometimes the person you are shooting at takes no dmg past his shields. It's crazy.

i guess you were sniping, if they were other snipers they could of been 'head glitching' (which is in every game) or your ping could be alot higher than theirs causing you to see them in a position the were not.
