Here is the argument: We spend money and Skill Points into special Scout races because of the bonuses. Dust 514 ( included the game fun, dropsuits ec. ) in generall is an service delivery. So you change bonuses for Scouts, and now we doesnt get the attendance we skilled into , and payed into. Conclusion is that you break the general terms. So we want this Respec. (my english isnt that good so try to speak easy and without abbreviation ) kind regardsfrom germany :)

Cal scouts and Gellente Scouts are just so strong because the bonuses of the other Scouts are to weak. Give the Minmatar for example a real good bonus on hack ( 10% per level ) and amarr for example real good bonus on range ( 10% per level ). And set the CPU/PG so, that when they play their role as a Hacker ( with proto modules ) or passive Scanner they have low HP ! Therefore assaults and Heavies would have other advantages like HP... just an idea that refers to the Scouts....

If you have been here long enough then its easy to spot something that is op. The moment I knew the caldari scouts bonus vs the other scouts, I knew it would get a nerf. Then take into account how that bonus works vs everything, it was very obvious. Most scouts I see are brick tanked and provoking a knife duel 9/10 will get you shotgunned in the face nowadays as well. 99% of scouts we have now are nothing compared to the skill level they used to be and that rough 1% of decent scouts left have been here since beta. Amarr scout before it was cool.

I consider fun as the main ambition of all players. Agree? And now you choose and you skill into what fun is for you, wheter it is a vehicle or a heavy ... And now you build your tactics in order to win and to have fun... But now they are changing so much that your whole strategie doesnt work. Thats why it is unfair. I m studing physics and a good friend is studieng law in contect, so i talkes with him about this topic more general and he gave me just that information that they break the terms and conditions of the general rules of an service supply with that behaviour. No they are not, they own the data and have the right to change it how they wish or even simply destroy it. We all signed the electronic contract before we'd even started playing. You're crappy joke was a failed attempt to make me laugh... If that was what you were trying to do... As for a scout respec I have to say I agree & disagree... Even with the Cal Scouts bonus being removed lets face it. It still has glitchy hit detention and crazy strafe speed.... Also you can stack 453 shields without even trying! Though I also think the bonus being removed was a little bit unfair as I skilled into it for its EWAR capabilities. Not the fact that its pretty much an assault suit :/ Pokey Dravon for.... Does someone knows something about that? [/quote] Read the EULA. It CLEARLY states that CCP may at any time alter or remove any feature, item or mechanic in the game. That thing you agreed to when you started the game and made an account. Further, there is no legal precedent for legal action against a game developer for altering a game in accordance with their design philosophy. Bans that violate their own terms of service? YEah there is some there. Further, if you represent a bunch of people who chose a overpowered suit class because it was overpowered and now are upset that it's not going to be as OP anymore you have come to the wrong forum for sympathy.

Most real scouts are happy to hopefully not be FOTM anymore. This is how a minja feels

Caldari and FOTM , from never being said again because it was funny while it was happening but being Caldari it was sad because most of what is Caldari is so gimped unless it's maxed out .. it's a joke . Going full Caldari with the current bonuses that they have is a joke and a waste of SP's . You would think that CCP would have given the infantry refund that should have been in 1.8.

I seriously only got gallente scout so I could be invisible while being survivable. (Was minmatar before they added racial dropsuit parity. To squishy no, likey). Orr, as an alternative, they could remove the Second biggest crutch in the game. The cloak: making scouts easy since 1.8. Also if someone calls me out for using cloak, seriously, go fvck yourself, how else am I suppose to knife/shotgun when every time I'm about to get a kill, I get murdered by some "Invisi scout".
