I'm mildly glad you asked... 1) I never claimed everything was "fine" my bile and hatred are directed solely at those who want the heavy to go BACK to flaylock status(currently certain high profile scouts) 2) I firmly believe that the number of militia and light weapon heavy users will drop especially since the heavy weapon fitting bonus is only for the sentinel and the lowered cpu pg will not allow both a proto light weapon and full proto modules. then again wait till the hotfix drops see where the first couple of weeks go. 1. When did we ever say we wanted heavies to go back to "flaylock status?" 2. Actually you are claiming everything is fine for the heavies, and you want the "wallhacking" scouts to be nerfed and stfu about QQ. Essentially you're advocating for the reverse of what the community wants in order to further advance your position/gameplay in Dust leaving it even more unbalanced than it is. 3. Well it's pretty obvious why HMG users will grow, because it's the most powerful weapon in the game. The RoF and DPS outrank every other weapon, and it's essentially like a mega CR or SMG. Of course there are some drawbacks to using the weapon, but they certainly don't outweigh the advantages or else why would so many people spam the **** out of this weapon?
I had intended to keep quiet for a while but pups can't seem to keep their yapping mouths shut...
1. The fact that certain scouts keep yammering for nerfs beyond what stated in the HF charlie tells me exactly where their intentions lie if you need further explanation, and judging from your displayed intellect you do, google context clues or reading between the lines.
2. when have I said "everything is fine" feel free to search my posts... don't worry I'll wait. Those scout "nerfs" you speak of are merely applying the same train of thought to scouts that was applied to heavies if you arent a brick tanking FOTM scout they would have no effect on you. then again that fact that you say I'm calling for nerfs speaks volumes(google the topics i asked you to in point 1 if you don't understand that last sentence) As for the QQ I was, am, and will continue to mirror the scout QQ nothing more nothing less....
3. Why would the HMG users grow? The rise of the heavy suits was due to the Assault's rather sickly state and the need to fight against brick tanked FOTM scouts. With the loss of cpu pg, HMG heat increase, and only sentinels getting the heavy weapon fitting bonus, heavy users will drop and the use of Assaults will skyrocket. As for the claim that the HMG is OP... Do you complain when a LR cuts you down from 98m away? Do you complain when you get pinned down by a MD? Do you complain when successfully flanked by a SG? Odds are you don't. Then again, judging from your attitude... My point is merely this the HMG is a niche weapon and if it doesn't perform in it's niche what good is it?
P.S. This may not be the response you need, but it IS the response you deserve...

LOL ikr? just today i was sniping with my HMG, takng red berries out instantly, then proceeded to kill a tank... Then with my OP HMG i took out RRs users at 80m...

Answer to #1: I'm seeing a diversity of suits. I have not seen games of even half the enemy team being heavies as of recent.
Answer to #2: How would it effect my position if it were true? As someone who has an average of 15 kills a game and 1500+ warpoints with whichever 1of the 30 fittings I'm using, I'd say I'm not your average blueberry. I play everything from tanks and dropships to scouts, heavies, assaults, and logis. Far better than average, but certainly not the best of the best. If you were not a very bad player, you might be an average player. Not trying to be rude or mean, but I know of too many people who spout nonsense and stretch the truth to it's boundaries. You and I may just have two entirely different experiences of the current state of Dust, but I play enough matches a day, and never see what your trying to say is true.
My apologies if I come off as an elitist, but I try to view things objectively, logically, and factually.
