They have that 40 regen there for a reason. I suppose the 270 shields and 87 armor on my wallhackz suit is a bit OP though... Nova Knives are best sidearm.

Cutting our fitting capacity in half would only leave us in an even worse situation than before 1.8, or at any point in DUST's history. The whole issue with OP scouts is a combination of several issues which are not even directly related to scouts, like current scanning meta, the way WP is earned, squad intel sharing, assaults barely being used used etc. If we just work on one problem and ignore the big picture, we'll only end up with something else becoming OP or FoTM. Again, this isn't a simple issue that can be fixed with a single nerf. What we need is an extensive tweaking of pretty much all game mechanics to switch the meta focus alongside changing dropsuit values, bonuses and other stuff for all suits and equipment.
