My wish list for wizard Rattati:
- More variations of the HMG. Give me a breach. And make the regular&assault less same-y.
- Make the Minmatar assault actually have proper slots: 4h, 3l ( or do what KAGEYOSHI suggested in one of his threads )
- Make the flaylock viable.
- Oh, and make MORE WEAPON VARIANTS! assault flaylock, burst scrambler rifle, tactical rail rifle... etc.
- Address scout/heavy/AV balance
- Fix OMS
- And did I mention more weapon variants? Because I really want those.

Not that it will ever ******* happen, but I would like a new Skirmish-like mode where 1 team starts with all objectives in their control, but if the attackers take an objective then it cannot be taken back; attackers win if they take all objectives. I have been wanting a new attack/defend mode for like 2 years now. I still feel incredibly spiteful and bitter against CCP for simply scrapping the original attack/defend version of Skirmish, and then never putting any ******* effort into adding a new attack/defend mode. Worst of all was their idea of a new mode in Uprising, they added Domination which is basically the Skirmish we have right now with with only 1 objective you can't spawn on; and the objective positions on the map are so incredibly bad in some maps. I will never forgive the removal of Skirmish 1.0 until it is replaced with a new attack/defend mode. Of course I won't get an attack/defend mode, and I would be surprised if Legion launches with one. I'm so damn sick of playing the same crap modes over and over again. Ambush spawns still suck and will always suck, Domination is one-sided and no fun, and our boring version of Skirmish is the only one really worth playing. I hate these modes, and I hate how CCP but absolutely no effort into the modes we would be stuck playing over and over again. No matter what happens in Hotfix Charlie, we will still be stuck doing the same things.
Now, for wishes that can actually happen: -1.8 heavy colors being fixed (red commandos, green sentinels) -On the minimap the 1.8 suits look like "<" instead of dots. That annoys me. -Militia shield extender still has only 22 HP despite basic having 33 now; basic and militia are supposed to have the same HP. -Advanced and prototype LP plasma assault rifles have 1000 RPM instead of 800. That needs to be fixed. -Medium frame (assault, logi, basic) slot layouts should progress like all other frame sizes; gaining one module slot per tier, so if proto has 8 modules, advanced should have 7, and standard should have 6. -Assaults to not suck. I don't think assaults should have less slots than logis at proto or any tier. I think the Gallente and Caldari assault should get a bonus to magazine size of their racial weapons as a racial bonus; currently the Amarr and Minmatar racial bonuses for assaults are the only good ones, and the Amarr one is functionally the same as a magazine size since it lets you fire longer before stopping. -Flaylock and ion pistol buff -Probably other stuff

I agree. I think heavies should have at least 3hp regen a second.

Better bonuses for the 3 assault suits that have been screwed over.
An officer ScR (and the other missing officer weapons) with it increased in rotation so that we can build up some of them.

Agreed. I have it skilled to proficiency 3 and even when all of my shots land it still feels a touch too weak, so allow me to rephrase by saying I would like to see both a fix in accuracy and damage. Plus the smacking in the face part. |

Server side changes use current art and animations that are already in the game. This means the main thing we will see is new variations of old weapons as we saw with the MLT weapons that were added. They say color changes can be made server side as well.
Other than that the main thing you will see is number changes. RoF, damage, clip size, reload times, and other things like that.

If so, I'd love to see all suits (even basic - if just to give them something) receive the following
Amarr - +4% armour plate module efficiency per level
Caldari - +6% shield extender module efficiency per level
Gallente - +10% armour repairer module efficiency per level
Minmatar - +3% biotics (both Kin Cat & Cardiac Reg) module efficiency per level

This is going to sound crazy, but we are getting to the point now where I am seeing everything almost balanced out (other than Sniper rifles, which are basically useless other than the Thales). That being said, here is my wish list/thoughts of what will balance everything out:
1: I think assault suits definitely need a buff to make them viable. I don't even play assault but from what I'm seeing on the battlefield nobody else does either. Give people a reason to play it and we should start seeing them pop up again.
2: Hit detection fixed for all weapons (I'm sure this is common knowledge but I'm throwing it out there anyways)
3: Make Ambush and Ambush OMS separate choices on the battle choice screen. This is a must so we don't have people getting dropped into active matches because someone dropped out. Give people the choice on whether they want to play with vehicles or not. This will save a lot of frustration
4: Slight buff to Armor/Shields for Logis. People see yellow and that is usually the first target. When I can stack my Adv Logi with Shield Enhancers and Armor plates and still only have like 400 HP total (not in front of the PS3 so don't quote me on that), it makes it REALLY difficult to pull that suit out because I'm expecting to die as soon as I have to get into a firefight. The only thing it's for is to drop an uplink or 2 and a nanohive or 2 at the start of the battle then switch to a Commando or Sentinel for the rest of the match after I die that first time. Make it at least survivable.
5: Please do not listen to all the griping about Heavies/ HMG's. The only thing they are better than everyone else at is DPS. It's already to the point where a Sentinel can take 3 shotgun shells in the back before being able to turn around and fire. They have to have some sort of defense mechanism because Sentinels have the worst eWAR of everyone. It's already not that difficult for even an uncloaked scout to walk up behind one and shoot them 3 times in the back. Take that away from them and they are literally walking targets. All people have to do is stand 30 or more meters back or get up close with a shotgun and it's game over for the fattie. The ONLY nerf I would even consider would be a slight cutdown on effective range for a standard HMG. The Assault variants are fine because they are supposed to have distance and their DPS has been cut to compensate. So please, PLEASE don't mess with Sentinels themselves.
6: Adjustable choke on the shotgun/shotgun variant. Right now I'm pretty sure shotguns are all Full choke (really tight shot pattern). Give a variant with a modified/skeet style choke (wide shot pattern) for true hipfire shooting. There is more shot dispersion, but same total DPS overall. Point blank it should do the same amount of damage since there isn't time for dispersion of the shot. The farther away, the less damage they will do to one target but will allow for multiple targets to be hit at once because they aren't staying in a nice tight pattern. It doesn't even really need to have a shorter range than the standard because if you are firing at someone from 10 Meters+, only 30-40% of the pellets should hit the target anyways. However, if you can get the jump on 2-3 people right next to each other, you can hit all of them at once. You will just be doing much less damage to each individual so make sure you have help. However, one on one, you are required to get up close and personal with your intended victim to give them the full amount of lead.
7: Direct 10% damage buff to all Sniper rifles (besides Thales, they are more than fine) and the Thales scope on all Sniper Rifles. It shouldn't take more than 4 shots from a Charge Sniper Rifle to knock off a Sentinel.

They have already nerfed Combat Rifles DPS. You want to go even farther with it? The Rail Rifle DPS was also just bumped up in Alpha was it not? Aren't we jumping the gun just a little bit?

With the change to stamina regen on the min suits, I have had no reason to put a cardiac on my min logi.

I don't know how, but make the assault suits more attractive. Right now, everyone uses heavies or scouts for the assault role. one way is to make the heavy and scout suits not such an easy replacement but I'm not going to spend the time replacing that. Got other things to do. |

Another nice little tweak would be giving Gal/Cal/Min Commandos the proper skin. They all show up as default basic heavy skins.

How about making Ambush spawn points just a bit further away from the other team?
We just got rolled 38-0 in less than 3 minutes because our team spawned between 2 boxes and the other team spawned inside a garage....they hunted us down like we were nothing....we had nowhere to go or to respawn to....
I get that Ambush is meant to be hot and heavy, but this has been an issue for a while now.

Shotgun tweaks: Chambering rounds should last longer for each variant in between shots, thus to slow down fire rate. Militia 0.5 second delay Standard 0.4 second delay Advanced 0.3 second delay Prototype 0.2 second delay If this is too much, just take off 0.1 seconds each
Now this isn't specific, but if nearly everyone that complains about HMGs needing a damage nerf, in turn amp up the fire rate, even on burst HMGs. Or as Ratt suggested, just amp up the heat build up. |

What if the vehicles being deployed are neutral, spread out, and had to be hacked?
Higher chance at dropping their modules. Fits are randomized.

hit detection on shotguns needs some fine tuning.
friendly tank/lav collisions while still blowing up the lav should be tweaked so its not such a light impact that does it.
academy for new players needs more love.

I have a couple of ideas. 1st is put tanks bacl the way they was before you guys seriously f**ked them up or 2nd just take the things out, refund me of my money and be done with it its becomming an absolute joke. Why should other people who tank have to suffer because everyone whines about duna? Simply take away his skilltree for tanks. Not make everyone else suffer. Also i slow clap at you guys taling 4 months, maybe more to finally change dam mods but still non of these tanls before the nerf/biff/nerf/nerf/nerf could compete with a 1.8mill isk proto tanl from the 1.6 era. |

Just a thought, but what if assault suits were given the best shield/armor rep rates of any class? For example, give the Amarr and Gallente a standard 15/s armor repair rate and give the Caldari and Minmatar something like a 1 sec delay in shield recharging; racial bonuses could then go something like: Amarr- armor plate bonus Gallente- armor rep module bonus Caldari- shield extender bonus Minmatar- shield regeneration bonus
This would allow assault suits to be able to enter and recover from battle quicker than any other class, though their EHP totals would prevent them from becoming too dominant. This way, you'd have the assault class pushing the battle while scouts flank/harass the enemy and heavies guard objectives. Logis would continue on as medics and mobile supply depots.

- Focus strongly on Assaults next. Make them a viable choice again. Add another skill to the suit like you have for all the others, switch it with the commando bonus, just do something to make them better.
-Focus on scouts and heavies after changes are done to see if they still need "nerfing". If it has to be addressed, apply some small changes to the HMG, which everyone appears to have a major issue with. --------Oh, and fix the colors on the basic heavies and commandos, they've been wrong since 1.8.
-The Fed. Duvolle is asking for serious attention. I run AR and I want to see this fixed before it becomes FOTM and is bashed to death by the nerf hammer. |

I wish the special battles tab was used more often to make unique game modes. These could even be automated throughout the week.
Assault suit tweaks to tame the heavies and scouts running rampant.
I would like some new weapon mods for the high slots, but all those translations. Things like heat build up reduction would be good if the hmg gets hot quicker.
Better isk payouts and maybe a way to burn assets for isk
Sidearm changes. I want the ion pistol to have more damage, better accuracy, and a reasonable heat build up mechanic. The level of charge should equal the heat level of the gun and scale damage accordingly.
Make it so the lav turret is always facing the front of the vehicle by default instead of what's north on the unreal engine. (i'm not sure where it's pointing, but it's annoying) |

Further nerf large rail turrets so they don't easily dominate at any range. No reason for anyone to go straight for the rail as an easy, cheap solution to tank problems. Make the missile turret shine in CQ to medium and the rail to be more useless at CQ but, better for medium to long range. Or, flip missile and rail ranges.
