I'm just glad that they didn't buff the dmg or anything crazy. It's one if the few weapons I think is working as intended(except the AScR which should actually overheat instead of never doing that)

Can the ScR scope get better zoom? I feel like the SMG has a better zoom in its scope than the ScR.

Amarr assault is tactically better so you can keep firing, rather than go for 10% damage with a commando. That's just my opinion, but I'd rather keep firing with a ScR than go for more damage and risk overheating when I don't want to. |

I don't really support the fact that they defaulted all rifle ranges to their proto variants. If anything they should have defaulted to the standard ranges. I really don't believe that having so much range is healthy, at least as long as rail rifles and combat rifles deal so much damage.
I run around with the laser rifle, it was difficult enough playing just beyond other people's optimals (and even before their falloff still hurt), now they can deal even more damage even further out. Rail rifles now have effective ranges out to 100 meters? My optimal is just to about 105 meters and then it drops very steeply into almost nothing in a matter of 10-20 meters. At least give the laser no damage falloff at closer ranges. If rail rifles get so much damage from 0 up to 100 meters, then why should I be confined to staying between 70-105 meters? And I even hate being beyond 90 meters because aiming mechanics are so hard to deal with, the fine control inputs required are near impossible to make and aim assist is virtually nonexistent.

Yeah we often get into those kinds of fights..... We Amarr have exceptional durability in terms of our dropsuits.
