According to the radar legend there should be at least 1 more type of land and air vehicles out there. For land there should be something in the medium range and for air there should be a light air-frame.
Dust will not see either of these though.
IF we are lucky we will see some AV adjustments in some way, however i am not holding my breath. I am also not really playing these days. I also sure as heck am not giving ccp any more of my cash. |

So the 3 mill sp ive been saving up so far for pilot suit/ jets can go elsewhere. I could go proto gal sentinel but no gal heavy weapon to go with it. Right on CCP! Keep up the great work! |

Just to wiggle one of the many blades bugging you guys I have a friend that just now got to Wyko(whatever) swarms. Guess what? They fail just like turrets and several of the hand weapons. Fire the weapon, missiles leave yet no damage is done.
A consistent set of core functions, that is what you have now. If Legion is going to inherit this code you could do us all a favor and pass on that the basic FPS functionality has yet to work (consistently and correctly at the same time is the normal goal).
Nobody at CCP cares because we ain't Legionnaires.

This is why you need to notify players about Dust's reduced development somewhere in-game CCP.
The only possible reason for not doing so is to keep them ignorant in the hopes they won't bail en masse like the forum community did.

Announced legion and used that event to drop dust like a hot potato. Now they can be honest about not working on dust. The weird thing is that CCP keeps saying legion is not yet greenlit. So why stop working on dust?

As I am sure that you have kept every promise, or achieved every task that you have ever made in your life.....quit being a whiny little kid and either:
A) play the game as it is now.
B) Stop playing and find something else to occupy your time.
Everyone who thinks that CCP said this or CCP promised that.....this is the real world, things don't always happen as stated. Issues arise, and need to overcome.
And if you are going to complain about CCP's development process, you might want to check your spelling for errors....nothing says I care, like poor grammar. |

No new content in the foreseeable future. People have been complaining since the beginning because of technical issues, and now CCP is starting to work on those. Now that CCP has stated that they will no longer be putting PVE into Dust(the game engine, and programming are just to much in its current form) everyone is all shocked and butt-hurt about it.

Doesn't mean never; the door is open to a 1.9 or the likes still.
Just do not expect a patch for the time being or at all; if the developers are going to do a patch for dust 514; trust me noise will be generated then but doing any of the sort now is not going to happen. They're not thinking about it they're not planning on it so why waste the energy or effort hyping on something that may not happen especially for months from now.
And if they do a patch I highly doubt jets would be included because that will require a whole new slew of changes that may not be at home in dust 514 due to the size and current limitations.
CCP Rattati is still exploring what he can do; if it turns out he can generate new gun variants and you consider that new content then that is the only new things you can expect in the short run.

I would much prefer them to utilize their resources fixing the issues bugging the game, not wasting time on giving new stuff for people to play with.
