The krins LEX - 71 dmg modifier seems to only add dmg to sidearms weapons, or thats what my stats show on my fittings screen. Its description says ALL handheld weapons. Something needs to be changed DEVS.

When does the bonus per day take effect? I claim my item (warbarge components, isk, SP, ect.), but only get what is produced. I even tried waiting till it hits capacity but still only claim whats produced. WTH!
