Can't see a free option. I'm in canada but I'm on my phone. Any Canadians confirm on this?

When you try to buy it, there is a 9.99 option and free option in a drop down menu. Its hard to explain cause the PSN store is a clusterf*ck. But its there, and it includes alot. i also got a 7 day active booster and 2,500Aur. For sure this is some kind of compensation. For the Europeans, if its not there now, it will likely be in the future. No way they are going to reward just North American players. CCP is not a U.S. company.
I have no drop down option when im looking at it.....at every stage.... before adding to cart, after, checkout... its always 9.99

OK i got it to work, and so did my mates. So this is CONFIRMED for Canadian players as well. Just make sure you go through the playstation to get to the playstation store. I had gone on my phone and my computer to the playstation store with no success. When going through the PS3 to the PSS i got the option to choose free.
