Since dust is dead, how about no more Cap?

Because honestly, how do you transfer a bunch of 50 million + sp players over and not basically give them the entire competitive side (you know like PC or whatever that will make Legion an MMO.) LOL. Sony paid for the exclusive rights to Dust514, making a game that's similar to Dust isn't that a copyright infringement? Why not call Dust514 2.0? CCP never stated how that's going to work. They only said all of your progress will carry Which I believe is a ploy to keep having you spend money in Dust. Unless CCP plans on buying back the exclusive rights from Sony. The character transfer is not going to happen.
