As someone said earlier, this kind f thing has happened many times in EvE. CCP has never taken the isk back, they fix the problem and move on.
DNS will crumble from inside, or someone(s) will step up to smack them down. Remember EoN? They had a boatload of isk too.. When was isk simply handed out in Eve? Yes, people make boatloads of money in Eve, however there is more risk to it than there is in Dust. AFAIK, Eve has never had 100% free Isk, yet here it is in Dust. We have this thing called google now. You should try it. http://i.massively.joystiq.com/2013/12/15/eve-evolved-three-exploitable-game-features/ Really, I read through all of that and still no proof of a similar situation in Eve. In PC, you seize a District and accumulate clones from nothing. These clones accumulate to a limit and then are "autosold" into ether, leaving behind little more than a tick in the corp wallet. When in the history of Eve has it been: Anchor tower, reach limit, watch corp wallet inflate? AFAIK, this has NEVER happened. This is why the PC Isk needs to go. "Most cases of abusing features for profit or advantage aren't as clear-cut as these obvious exploits, as some have negative consequences but still use completely legitimate game mechanics. When players figured out how to abuse Faction Warfare's kill LP rewards to farm five trillion ISK, for example, they did so using in-game mechanics that just hadn't really been thought through." Its one of the first paragraphs. How do you miss that? You have no clue what I am referring to. They didn't "create" 5 trillion Isk from nothing. They killed enough value to create enough LP to get enough items from the LP store to sell on the market or by contract to net them 5 trillion Isk in profit after sale.
Seriously, Dust is the only "free Isk from nothing" in New Eden.
It needs to go away.

But the players who are amassing isk from PC currently did not "exploit" the game, they used broken game mechanics to gain an advantage that others did not. You can not punish them for it.
Yeah, i run an Amarr logi with a mass driver.. what are YOU going to do about it?

While still limited when compared to EVE, Dust is a sandbox, controlled by the players. As long as DNS doesn't break the EULA, CCP will not take action against them.
It is up to the player base to crush DNS, or the more likely scenario of DNS crumbling from within.
Over the past 11 years there have been many large Powerblocks holding massive territory and ISK on the EVE side and they all fell apart with time. DNS's end will also come. So few realize this. Fixing their **** up =/= policing PC. It was CCP's bright idea to include "poof, isk from nowhere" the players simply utilized a mechanic they all knew was broke as **** "because we can". If CCP doesn't clean up the mess they made with PC 1.0, they'll lose what little playerbase they have (outside the circlejerk) with no hope of retaining new players.
I completely agree with fixing the horrid PC mechanics.
I just see a lot of people whining about the DNS donut, and then claiming that they need to have all land taken away by the CCP Police.
CPP won't do that people. Taking advantage of mechanics is A-OK in their book, they won't do a damn thing to the donut.
Give it time. It'll fall. They always do. I'm just in it for the ISK and Battles. That and hanging with my awesome corp.

You do realize how big the EVE universe actually is right?

Well of course they're going to say that, there isn't anything else available!
Am I the only person that sees this as obvious?
I would fully expect DNS to take over the universe when it all opens up to PC unless something changes.

that wont happen... once the universe opens up and eve pilots have skin in the game, meaning to do their thing they will need districts, dns will get obliterated by the organization, power and wealth of eve corps....
they will either buy what they need from dns or take it. and dns wont be able to do much about it...
also if that ever happened and dust got popular, you would quickly see that even with all their experience, the best dust players right now wont be as good as the players who would be playing this game if it ever is a AAA shooter.
this game makes me sad....

Keep everyone's SP the same but delete all ISK, all suits, ect that could negatively affect the game. Especially, if they plan on linking the economy to EVE online. Doing it as is would crash EVE's and pretty much kill their only money maker(EVE). Uhh no thanks! I earned my 120 million ISK that's sitting in my wallet right now and it was all earned with sweat, blood, and tears in pubs. I've only played one PC match when PC was released and I even went negative that match.
