I heard a rumour that CCP are stopping development of Dust on PS4 and are going to re-release it for the Raspberry Pi instead. It won't have the graphics capability to support shooting bullets though, so mercs will hit each other with lettuce leaves instead.

The better players will still be better. They'll run better gear more often than the usual playerbase and they'll still own the majority of the land.

Nah, they gave that up awhile ago, CCP's new goals for DUST is to convert it to a point and click game using Facebook-« that only allows you to play certain amounts of games unless you invite friends.

I know several people who don't pc and run standard and advanced gear and they have between 1 billion - 2 billion isk.
