im tired of not having an effect on New Eden. Heck, we have our own FW front seperate from EVE's FW front. and neither effect on another aside from EVE support being available for us based on their own front's status.
We were promised we would have a massive effect on New Eden and EVE. yet i see none. EVE effect us more than we effect them, with them needing to be present for orbitals and all.
i suggest EVE and Dust's FW fronts become one. EVE pilots fight in space over districts. whichever faction wins determines if mercenaries get cotracted or not. if the defending team in space wins, no mercenaries are contracted. ifthe attacking team wins, mercenaries are contracted for phase two.
in phase two, whichever factions' mercenaries win determines who gets control of that district, both in space and on the ground. if the defending mercenaries win, the attack is repelled, and the defending faction gets to keep that district. if the attacking mercenaries win, then the attacking faction gets control of that district and its airspace.
by airspace, i mean control one EVE's side of New Eden too.
this would make EVE and Dust players rely upon one another in fw.

sorry for the double posting. im just surprised nobody else wants this.
i thought it was a great idea and a great way to get EVE more integrated into Dust and vice-versa.

Dust 514 is an endless game. Always has. Always will be. Although this seems to be a good idea, CCP will not consider it because they want EVE and Dust to be endless so more money can fly in. This would take a long time to make and a whole lot of data. It would be more fun and all but that is a lot of work and I'm guessing CCP has thought of this before... but again way to much work.

I think this is one of those long term plan deals.
Lets face it, there are a lot of essential things missing (NPE, PvE etc), and if you did not get involved with Dust knowing you were in for the long haul, then I am afraid you will be disappointed.
