Also a max skilled gal logi with pro focused scanner can get you as well. Edit. To clarify three damps and a cloak will bring you down to 14.7db which rounds up to 15. 4 precision on a cal scout is 14.9, also 15. And a gal logi with pro focused us 15 db. When the dbs are the same you are scanned. Gun control is not about guns...it's about control. The only way to ensure freedom is by having the means to defend it.

At prototype you can run a min scout with complex kin cat and Dampener plus one enhanced Dampener. No reason for a third when cloak is active.

I refuse to gve honor to your 'god' so therefore i dual tank. Also i feel itchy. Anybody got a tube of Rust-It?

Thought it took them foreverrrr for CCP to add basic fitting and stats information to EVE. I only hope they can do this for DUST soon.

While cloaked I beat a majority of Gal Scouts that I run past but not all. No you cannot melee while cloaked. I tried that and it didn't work and I decloaked and kept hitting the guy not realizing it and I got killed for being paper thin. If a clone sneezes you'll die since you have zero HP. You will absolutely decloak if you melee someone and it hits. I tried doing it to air on the day of the release and it DID NOT uncloak me. But when I hit a teammate It decloaked me. When I hit an installation it Decloaked me. When I hit an enemy, it decloaked me. Personally, I'm a HUGE Min-Scout fan since I run Dom. I'll tell you 4 of my proto fits. Note that one is the Republican Proto Scout suit from the LP store and has one less Low Slot but an extra equipment. 1st fit, it's my "sprint toward objective at spawn, get an uplink down, and hack and get out" fit: 3 Enhanced Shields 1 Complex Code Breaker 1 Enhanced KinKat 1 Enhanced Cardio basic Cloak R-9 Uplink Basic AR Flaylock pistol Side Arms (to test for RE's without wasting a nade) M-1 Nade 2nd Fit, it is my "Brick Tank" 3 complex shields 1 Enhanced Damp 2 Enhanced Shield Regulators Adv ARR Flaylock Pistol Basic Cloak Proto Nade (I think...it might be the M-1 Nade) 3rd Fit, This is my "Hack this ish behind everyones back while they are surrounding me" fit 3 Complex Codebreakers 3 Basic Shields Cloak Adv ARR Flaylock pistol No nade and no second equipment 4th fit, This is my "F U, CCP made a scout logi but sometimes I hack too" fit. Remember this uses the LP points 3 Complex Shields 1 Enhanced Shield Regulator 1 Enhanced Damp Cloak Rep Tool nanites Adv ARR Flaylock Proto or Adv Nades Your fit that you posted just will not work because melee will uncloak you. It's better to use shields so a stray bullet doesn't kill you in, practically, a single shot. Not to mention when cloaked you are still getting hit by splash damage from Mass Drivers which I learned real quick. Shields dampen some of the damage. This is SUPER important. Don't give them free kills by being careless with your HP. I love hacking. It's a huge part of my game. In addition when using the brick tank version you can **** people while they call in a vehicle, hack it, and then take it into their red so they know you did and let it get destroyed before they can get to it.

Scout precision is 40 now, this uses 45 db ie what the logi actually scan at. With 1 complex damp and a cloak a Minja is easily picked up by a Caldari scout with 2 precision mods. Damps have stacking mods, same goes for enhancers.

I'd read a rumour they were adding things like scan, precision and range to the stats in 1.8, but it ain't there :( Would clear soooooo many things up and be sooo damn useful. One day.
