At prototype you can run a min scout with complex kin cat and Dampener plus one enhanced Dampener. No reason for a third when cloak is active. I would still do it on the Myofibril stacked fit to avoid people who are too lazy to run a focused scanner or 4 precision Cal scouts B.D. Wong AKA Dr. Wu returns to Jurassic Park sequel

To clarify three damps and a cloak will bring you down to 14.7db which rounds up to 15. 4 precision on a cal scout is 14.9, also 15. And a gal logi with pro focused us 15 db. I know melee will uncloak you, but it gives you that split second to do damage while completely cloaked, otherwise the enemy will hear you uncloak before you fire a weapon. I tested a version of this with my Scout M/1-Series character and you can actually charge your knives fully by the time you're uncloaked. What you're not realizing is at 454 melee damage, any scout will be dead before he knows what happened with that second punch, and most medium suits will also be dead. B.D.
