This should have been a "Whoops, our bad" and just changed the multiplier. Players are being punished for their mistake, and that's my issue with it. Best PVE idea I've seen. Fixed link.

Oh well, I'm not worried about it. I have my proto commandos and proto scouts and all my weapons and core skills maxed so I'll be fine until I pay off this SP loan. The real issue will be for the lower SP players who don't have many skills leveled up and now have to pay off their debt. Amarr Victor

If this is punishment, i'll have some of that too. I was able to skill up Caldari Scout just 1 level. AFAIK, the multiplier was correct. If i had chosen Amarr Scout, i would be able to level up to proto. These people have the huge advantage of skilling into something roughly a month before anyone else. Punishment?!?! If this thing is really a problem they could just give everyone with an active character a bonus equivalent to Amarr scout level 5 SP cost now minus Amarr scout level 5 SP cost at launch. That way no one would lose out relative to others from CCP's mistake.

How should they know CCPis incompetent? They have not witnessed blunder after blunder. Bandaid fixes, Misleading or broken skills, general lack of any insight into the community. They couldn't. They just see a months worth of not getting anything new. I wouldn't put up with thatshit if I was new. Who wants some?

Surely, you wanted Amarr scout, or you would never have spent sp in it, would you?
