So I log in today and I find my Scout skill tree is missing skillpoints and I am missing skillpoints. WTH HAPPENED DURING THIS UPDATE THIS MORNING!!!
I am so freaking pissed right now I don't even know, why is there always a problem with this game!
Seriously, I almost pushed my freaking PlayStation out the window why are you guys so bad at this customer relations!

***Now that the blinding rage has passed. I have a ticket into CCP. Hopefully this can get sorted out. I had 12m SP for 1.8 saved so I could have two protosuits. I'd hate to see all that grinding go to waste.

Update, Still no reply from CCP customer support. My bug only been mentioned by one other person on the forums. With so much other stuff broken I feel like I'm going to be the very last on the list.
Seriously frustrating!!! Do we have some hidden paid support I'm missing?

To add insult to injury; I saved my SP and didn't blindly spend it on suits I didn't want. I never expect CCP to give me a respec. I played by the rules set by CCP but still slapped in the face. It's not like I accepted some contract and didn't read the fine print. I did my homework, used the interface and got screwed.

Do you have the tools to fix my problem...NO! Go boost your ego some where else. CCP does have the tools and 48 and no reply to the support ticket. I don't see anywhere in the support system that says questions are only answered between Monday trough Friday.
Unless you can see the logs and review what happened then log in and reply to my ticket.. otherwise you can make a ass of yourself in a different thread. Go away troll.

I did not spend skillpoints on amarr.. I spent skillpoints on Caldari Scout and Caldari Sentinel to level 5.
I log in on the 27th they are not at level 5, I have a help ticket in and waiting... You can not see my skills, there is nothing on the forums that explains this except a few other people having a similar problem.
I need a Game Master to look into my ticket and fix the problem. I spent a good deal of time building up enough skillpoints and not spending any so I could skill directly into these suits. Since Uprising 1.0 I have not went proto into any suits and been saving exclusively for just these two.
I have 40 million freaking skillpoints do you know how freaking hard it is to not spend them on suits! Then I finally get to spend these skillpoints and this crap happens. I am pissed beyond belief. Far as I'm concerned you can take you condescending tone and stick it up your smugg exhaust pipe.

It looks like a dev needs to step in to see what the heck is going on, I'm not making any progress. I'm not going to go though 6 months of support because of some buggy interface.

Thanks for the words of encouragement.. I haven't even wanted to freaking log in. The Senior GM offered me a DS Command Respect which makes no freaking sense because I was 100 upfront that I spent every skillpoint in DS command the way I wanted to then dumped the rest into usless skills like fitting optimization on my weapons cause I had a extra 4m skillpoints I didn't need for my plan. (Maybe a troll?)
I asked for the same fix that the Amarr Scout dropsuits had or just roll back all my freaking skillpoints from the point of me skilling into Scout. Then I was told they wouldn't help me any further which is 0 help at all.
The only thing I can think might of happened is I upgraded my dropsuit command form the inline skills they added in 1.8. Because the skills where bugged my skillpoints where not allocated correctly hence the ton of extra sp left over.
Anyways, I'm gonna start recording all the crazy horse #$@ that happens here,
