So you contact support literally the day before the weekend starts and are complaining that you never heard back over the weekend?
Cool story.
Also, you haven't answered any of the (MANY) posts so far asking if you skilled into the Amarr Scout and pointing out that doing so would explain it because there was a glitch. So... did you skill into Amarr Scout? Because if so, there's your problem. You trained a skill using the wrong modifier. You used less SP than you should have to get that skill to the level you reached. They didn't STEAL any SP from you, they applied it as it should have been all along.
If it's something else, ANSWER THE QUESTIONS SO PEOPLE YOU'RE ASKING FOR HELP KNOW WHAT YOU NEED HELP WITH. |

When posting a question over the weekend, I usually expect a company to NOT reply until the following week. And as mentioned, THERE IS NO GIVEN TIMEFRAME OTHER THAN "as soon as possible" FOR CCP'S SUPPORT SERVICE.
