Neither is nessacarry 1. If your in range to shoot them you can see them If your out of range the cloak should help them get away and be used as a flanking tool

+1, me too. Chances are they will do nothing to it now and in 2 or 3 builds introduce some piece of either hand held or deployable equipment that negates the cloaking field
Most tankers are like sand people. They frighten easily, but will quickly return...and in greater numbers.

Don't nerf the cloak. I'm a heavy and HMG user and have came across scouts using cloaks and still kill them. A nerf is not necessary.

if you attempt to nerf my cloak in compensation i should get 50m range on my shotgun with no dispersion and doubled hp on my gk.o scout.
serisouly though.

1. If you get hit markers when shooting at the big, wavy, fuzz blob that's clearly out of place with the environment... keep shooting 'till you see +50.

You realize the cloaks are programed to fire while cloaked and it eats up the cloak meter. Then if you used up 50% of the cloak and decloaked you where wide open. The community banded together to remove this from the game and what we are currently playing is the neutered version of the cloak.
Forge Changes needed Officer Splash 3.0, Proto 2.7 Advanced 2.5 Standard 2.1.
Original ROF needs to return!

The SG CAN'T be used while cloaked. No weapon can. The only problem is that you can switch to your gun and start shooting before the enemy can react to your decloaking.
A slight delay between decloaking and shooting is all that's needed. Assuming anything is needed at all. |

Why does the scanner have a longer cool down than it's use, but cloak has longer use than cool down.
Scanner needs to be unnerfed or cloak needs to be equal with scanner.

Get rid of cloaks altogether. They are not required to make scouts competitive, they are a crutch which eliminates stupid scouts from making terrible decisions in gameplay. |

disagree with both. Get good. Cloak scouts are easy prey especially because they don't have a weapon. #1 is gonna cause spamming of HMG rounds everywhere.
TL;DR get good noob. Cloaks are only as good as the enemy's eyes are bad. |
