It will heavily damage them, sure, but often they survive.
So bring a sidearm.
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

Thanks. Gotta try it. Btw heavy suits may get 20% hp nerf (hate them, but they doesnt need any nerf) then, PC should tear them apart. |

My proto Galsentinel survived either a direct forge shot or large MLT railgun shot yesterday. It may not kill us if our suit is brick tanked to the max, but it'll bring us close to death. |

If it is Caldari or Minnie you'll nearly kill it...easy pickings for an smg or magsec.
Gallente or Amarr, the best and most used heavies, it will hurt them but not nearly enough before they turn around and mow you down. |
